Free shipping is offered on all UK orders over £100

 

All orders below £100 are subject the fees listed below:

UK - 48 Tracked and signed service with Royal Mail

2-4 business days £4.95

 

EU countries - International Tracked and signed with Royal Mail

3-5 business days £14.00

 

Worldwide - International tracked and signed with Royal Mail 

6-7 business days £18.00

 

Returns

I hope that you are happy with your purchase, lots of time and effort has gone into making it just right. However,  I do understand that there might be times when you want to return something.

If you are not completely satisfied please contact me as soon as possible, then send your return to me within 14 days of purchase, unused. 

I can only accept returns/exchanges for up to 2 weeks, providing the item is unused, in original condition with packaging undamaged.

Items can only be returned/exchanged if they were purchased from my website. 

Please make sure items are adequately packed, I cannot be responsible for damages of returned items.

I can only refund delivery costs where an item is faulty or an error has been made on my part. Please note I do not refund original shipping costs if you have changed your mind, you will have to cover the cost of return shipping.

I recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of posting as I can not be held responsible for items that get lost on their way back to me.

If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package and contact me straight away.

Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging/item and email me at hello@tidelineprints.com or send it back to me so I can see what went wrong.
